Welcome to the JKO family!!! We are very eager and excited to meet each and every one of you. We will start your four year journey by your side. The first step in this endeavor is orientation. Orientation is a powerful experience for new students and an essential part of making the transition to high school.
This event will take place on Thursday, June 6, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
At orientation you will learn about our:
CTE and academic programs; internships; partnerships; art program; special
education services; advanced classes and college level course offerings;
mentoring programs; Parent Association and parent workshops; after school
activities; theater program; graduation requirements; college readiness; New
Student Summer Bridge Program; summer reading assignments; and much, much more!
You will also get a welcome package which will include required registration
forms.
Please note that we will be offering
new students the opportunity to attend our Summer Bridge Program which will
take place during the month of July; more information will be forthcoming. All
new students will receive an email/mail invitation along with the registration
link in during the month of June. We highly recommend new students attend since
it is an essential part of making the transition to high school and JKO.
